About Me
I grew up in a small town with my grandmother who inspired me to pursue my love of the sciences. My degrees, certifications, research, and studies consist of Environmental Geosciences, Engineering, Arboriculture, Water Sciences, and STEM Learning.
My mission is to inspire underprivileged minority youth to venture into STEAM based subject matter, majors and eventually careers. This can only be accomplished by exposing our youth to engaging material and relatable content that can grasp their interest . This is why I bring you The Adventures of Old Swifton Road.
The Adventures of Old Swifton Road is a saga of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts,
and mathematics) based children books which reveal fun and inspiring stories through the eyes
of Black and Brown American children in various socio-economic upbringings.
